Please note that the number of posters will be restricted. Acceptance will be on a first come, first served basis. The poster submission deadline is on March 15, 2009, and you will receive the acceptance notification by March 29, 2009.

Poster submission

The abstract should be a maximum of 200 words. Please use the word count feature on your word processor to verify length. Submissions exceeding this word limit will not be reviewed.

The title, author names and affiliation should be typed in lower case. Title should appear first, author names second, and affiliations last.

Abstract should be in PDF format and submitted using the abstract submission form.

Poster format

Accepted posters should be printed in A0, using a portrait layout. Dimensions should not exceed 1189mm width and 841mm height.

Presenters are encouraged to provide copies of their presentation and other related handouts for viewers.
