Salary Survey

We would like to gather anonymous information from the Postdoc community regarding the salaries and contracts of postdoctoral fellows. It has come to our attention that not all postdocs are treated equally in the University, both between and within departments. This includes postdoc contracts at a different salary, and/or part-time contracts among others. All postdocs should be treated equally within the university. We would like to gather information that will help us take action on this issue.

We hope this information will provide a better view of the current situation, making it easier to compare postdoc treatment between and within departments, and to empower postdocs to claim what they deem is fair.

We will compile the response and statistics and broadcast it back via the biopostdoc mailing list (please sign up separately here).
