InformaSciences - User charter

  1. The subscription to the On-line Reference Service is open to everyone.
  2. There are no subscription fees.
  3. To obtain the information you are looking for, you must give your name and a valid e-mail address.
  4. The On-line Reference Service does not share any personnal information to anyone.
  5. The On-line Reference Service does not provide complete bibliographies, nor more than 3 references. However, it explains which source to use to find the right information.
  6. The On-line Reference Service does not send any documents (copies, PDF article, book etc.). To obtain those documents, please contact directly the Document order and Interlibrary loan service.
  7. The On-line Reference Service does give you an answer within 48 hours (opening days).
  8. The On-line Reference Service does always give you an answer.
  9. The On-line Reference Service does never answer to questions with racist, violent or injurious contents.
