How to connect to data
There are two possibilities to retrieve data: (1) direct connection to ArcSDE geodatabase or (2) using web services (OGC web services or ArcGIS Server)
- ArcSDE: connecting to a geodatabase with ArcCatalog.
- Web services: connecting to a GIS server with ArcCatalog.
