Online submission of proposals has expired (Deadline was January 31, 2010)
Proposals must submitted using the website. After you have completed the appropriate form, you will be taken to a
webpage that shows all the information you have submitted. You can
print the information on this page for your personal files. You
will also receive an email confiming the information you have submitted. If you do
not receive this email, you probably
have made a typing error in your email address. In that case,
please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it in our
database (ECIDD2010@unige.ch).
I want to submit a symposium proposal
A symposium proposal comprises at least four papers and five papers at
the most. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee is larger time
slot for symposia with five papers. You will be asked to submit
the complete title of the symposium, information about the organizers,
an abstract of the symposium of about 400 words (max. 2500 characters,
spaces included) and up to four keywords. For each individual paper you
have to provide the complete title, information about the authors and
their affiliation, an abstract of the paper of about 400 words
(max. 2500 characters, spaces included), up to four keywords and a
summary of the paper of about 1250 words (max. 6500 characters,
spaces included). The summaries are needed for evaluation by the
scientific committee. The abstracts will be published in the abstract
book.
