To prepare participants for leadership roles in government as well as international and non-governmental organizations
To provide expert training in international security policy through a balance of knowledge transfer and skills development

Professional who will serve in the broad area of security policy and who will have to interact with international agencies involved in security-related political and military decision-making: officer, civilian official, diplomat, professional with a security policy-related background
