CAS - People Management in Humanitarian Action

This programme is part of CERAH's training offer including
1 MAS, 1 DAS and 1 CAS with 6 specialisations.

Objective
Identify people management challenges, dilemmas and options in the context of humanitarian interventions
Analyse how teams work and bring concrete solutions supporting the development of individual and collective competencies
Improve management and leadership skills in a demanding and moving context
Evaluate and adapt managerial set up (including remotely) based on severe humanitarian constraints
Audience
Humanitarian manager (programme manager and co-ordinator) in need of professional people management training
Human resources professional wishing to move into the humanitarian sector
