Objective
Develop the relevant competences to:
• Design and adapt humanitarian strategies and projects consistent with the specificities of each context
• Provide coherent, flexible and creative humanitarian responses taking into account ethical issues and context prerogatives as well as the humanitarian principles and organisation’s mandate
Audience
Humanitarian middle and senior manager currently employed as project manager or above functions, with at least 2 or 3 years of experience as project manager or above functions
Programme
8 months course including 3 months distance learning • 2 residential weeks in Kampala, Uganda • 4 months optional courses and implementation of plan of action • Personalized support and coaching sessions • Community of practice
