Objectives
Help develop and strengthen general management skills and reflect on one's practical activities
Develop projects based on professional experience including training and practical experience
Ascertain organizational strategies and solutions; develop negotiation skills; control and assess management tools; benefit from exchanges between participants
Audience
Managing executive and director, engineer and technician from the public or private sectors, wishing to update their knowledge or seeking career change
Programme
1st year - mandatory, 12 core modules in Business Administration and Management (BAMA)
2nd year: 12 modules in International Management (IM) or Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) or one of the selected Specializations:
