The MIDS LL.M. is a one-year full-time graduate programme. A typical curriculum includes: two general courses providing a comprehensive overview of international dispute settlement • Eight intensive courses from a choice of fourteen on topics such as international investment arbitration, WTO dispute settlement, arbitration in the United States and negotiation • Three optional courses drawn from a list of about twenty relating to international dispute settlement • Weekly tutorials held in small groups • Several high-profile lectures specifically organized for the programme • Conferences • Visits to arbitral institutions • LL.M. thesis |
