Applications and Required Documents

Applying for an exchange is a three-step process:

 

1. Apply at your university
-
verify the deadlines and documents required by your university

2. Nomination by your university
 
3. Apply online via the University of Geneva website
After your nomination, you will receive a link for your online application.
Documents to be uploaded:

- study plan (list of classes chosen)
- academic transcript
- Letter of motivation (in French - except for studies through English)
- CV
- french test, certificate from your university confirming your level of French, according to classes chosen ou UNIGE online test
- 1 colour passport photo
- copy of your passport
