Register Erasmus students to the University of Geneva
Once the application process is completed at the home institution, the institutional coordinator (normally a staff of the International Office) can register selected students to the University of Geneva as ERASMUS students (deadline: 15 May),
- by asking the selected students to register online (select "compte invité"). The registration form must be printed from the internet and signed by the ERASMUS coordinator of the faculty/university.
In any case, we need the following information from the sending institution's coordinator:
- Surname, Name, First name of selected student
- postal address of student
- email address of student
- date of academic stay (minimum 3 months)
- discipline studied and learning agreement
We will then send information material, an acceptance letter and application forms for accommodation directly to your students.
