Research Interests / Recherches

Audrey studied at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyons (ENS) and at the University of La Sorbonne in Paris. Prior to her master’s degrees she received a licence for both Classical philology and German studies from the University Bordeaux III. She has been working as a translator for over three years in Germany and England. Her principal research interest is the digression and the margins in literature. In her master-thesis at ENS Lyons, she compared the use of digressions by De Quincey and Ehrenstein, an Expressionist. For her doctoral thesis, she will continue her work on the digression.
