A wide range of options
Students in the Faculty of Humanities can choose from a variety of different subjects. In addition to standard subjects, such as major European languages and literature, ancient studies, linguistics, history, art history, musicology and philosophy, we also offer Arabic, Armenian, Chinese and Japanese, which sets us apart from other universities in Western Switzerland. Furthermore, we have classes in Romansh language and literature.
