The total number of participants is limited to 70 persons due to the size of the lecture hall at Les Houches. For obtaining one of the remaining places, please write to leshouches (at) math.univ-lyon1.fr, mentioning your affiliation, dates of stay, and whether you need financial support for the local expenses. (The local expenses are EUR 365 for the whole period of stay Jan 29 - Feb 3, which covers the lodging as well as the meals. There remain financial means to cover expenses of some participants.) PhD students are asked to also mention their PhD advisor.
PhD students and young postdocs are asked to propose a title and abstract for a short (~20 minute) talk about their research. In our series of winterschools we have a tradition of such short talks on Wednesdays.
