Doctorate in science - PhD
Description
Qualified physicians may consider taking part in the MD/PhD programme which leads to obtaining a Doctorate in science mention biology awarded by the Faculty of science.
The programme is devised around the following elements:
- Participation in courses on genetics and molecular biology of the cell offered by the Faculty of science;
- Participation in the Programme of cellular and molecular biology provided by the Faculty of medicine;
- Research project in a laboratory.
The programme of cellular and molecular biology also concerns candidates to the doctorate in science, who hold a master in biology or biochemistry, and who are doing their thesis within laboratoires of the Faculty of medicine.
