FP7 - ERC: Proposal submission

Call for proposals

Calls for proposal are published yearly. The last calls for FP7 are published in
- July 2012: ERC Starting Grants and ERC Advanced Grants
- October/November 2012: ERC Synergy Grants and ERC Consolidators Grants.

Please refer to the call documents and call fiches.

Some keypoints for proposal submission

  • One-stage submission (but two-stage evaluation);
  • Electronic submission via PP/EPSS mandatory;
  • PIC UNIGE 999974650;
  • Budget key points: 100% of the costs are reimbursed (but for equipment/material only depreciation is eligible); always include Indirect costs (= 20% on total direct costs excepted subcontracting) and costs for  Certificates on Financial statements;
  • Please refer always to ERC reference documents (Call fiche, Guide for applicants, Workprogramme, etc.) for deadlines and proposal preparation/submission procedures;
  • Attention deadlines (cf. ERC call fiche). Do not submit at last moment but submit a pre-final versions already 2-3 days before deadline.
