Grant agreement negotiation

Projects which are selected for funding enter the Grant agreement preparation/negotiation process.

Annex I - Description of work, for individual fellowships, is directly produced form the proposal's Part B. For networks, Annex I must be updated according to the modifications requested in the Evaluation summary report.

The Grant Preparation Forms (GPF) are prepared using NEF" (through the Participant Portal). Once approved by the EC, it has to be signed the authorised representative through the Euresearch office.

The Grant Agreement (GA) is prepared by the EC and signed by the beneficiary institution and the EC.

The Consortium agreement is signed between all partners in networks only.

Employment

The Declaration of Conformity has to be generated using SESAM (through the Participant Portal) and signed by the authorised representative. 
The Career Development Plan has to be completed by the researcher and scientist in charge (Professor). 

Project management

Reports are mandatory and must be created following EC rules and templates.Timesheets are mandatory for all persons working on the project.
