Euresearch - as European grants office - provides an integrated information, advice and support covering all European research programmes.

Our services include a wide range of support actions, and in particular:

	Helpline - permanent direct line for all arising questions/issues - contact : euresearch@unige.ch, 022 379 75 60
	Meetings - dedicated face-to-face meetings for focused information and discussion - at researcher's office/lab or at our office, usually 30 – 90 minutes
	Hands-on Support - practical assistance for administrative and legal/financial issues - at researcher’s office/lab or remote

Our services encompass the entire project life-cycle, from idea to conception to execution :

	Programmes Opportunities - overview of all relevant European research opportunities - participation and funding conditions - project idea check - preliminary project management information - input to future workprogrammes/calls for proposals, … In collaboration with thematic national contact points (Swiss Euresearch network)
	Project Set-up and Submission (Proposal Stage) - call/topic specific requirements - partner search - project governance structures, implementation plans, budget calculations, IPR - letters of intent/commitment - project submission via the EC’s electronic platform, … UNIGE applicants are kindly invited to inform us when preparing an application
	Contract negotiation and project management - contract preparation, validation and signature - consortium agreements drafting, negotiation and signature - project kick-off, implementation and management - special employment issues for Marie Curie (in collaboration with HR) - reporting and auditing (in collaboration with Accounting) UNIGE grantees are kindly requested to inform us as soon as their project is accepted

We closely collaborate with other services (Accounting, HR, ...) and partners to ensure an efficient workflow.
