In Marcos Gonzalez-Gaitan’s lab I want to study how developing tissues use the scaling machinery. Precise characterization of players involved in scaling and their key biophysical parameters, will allow us to better understand growth during healthy and disease conditions.
Education/academic background
The question that has always intrigued me is how cell societies within tissues are able to communicate, understand and agree to finally build up a successful organism. I did my PhD in Eduardo Moreno’s lab.
