The costs of the welcome reception/buffet, lunches, coffee breaks and the conference excursion/dinner are included in the conference fee for participants.
Fees for accompanying people of 294 CHF (access to welcome reception/buffet, coffee breaks (6), lunches (3), excursion/conference dinner) or 78 CHF (lunches) or 50 CHF (welcome reception/buffet) or 130 (excursion/conference dinner) apply. Please specifying which activities your guest will join to.
Accommodation is available on site at the Monte Verità for a limited number of attendees on a first come, first serve basis. Additional rooms at hotels in Ascona will be available. Please note that you will need accommodation for 4 nights in order to stay for the entire conference.
Once your abstract has been accepted you will receive notification to pay the conference and accommodation fees by bank transfer. Please note that the conference and accommodation fees must be paid at the same time by April 15^th. It will not be possible to pay by credit card. Please use the registration form as an invoice to provide payment for both the conference fee and the accommodation as you will not receive a separate bill.
