Noble Gas mass spectrometry – NOBLESSE

Multi-collector (2 discrete-dynode secondary electron multipliers and 1 high gain, 1012Ω Faraday collector) NOBLESSE (NuInstruments) gas source mass spectrometer with zoom optics, dedicated to high precision 40Ar/39Ar analyses. The facility is fully automated, and is equipped with a furnace, CO2-IR laser and 193nm excimer laser.
