X-ray diffractometry
Our X-ray diffraction (XRD) instrument is a Philips X’pert, equipped with a PW3710 MPD diffractometer control unit and a PW3020 vertical goniometer. It includes an automatic sample changer, and is used routinely for phase identification and quality control.
