Peter Auer

Peter Auer est docteur en sciences économiques et sociales. Après une carrière de chercheur et enseignant au Centre de Sciences de Berlin (WZB), il a dirigé un Institut de recherche en socio-économie (IAS) à Berlin et a fondé et dirigé l’Observatoire Européen de l’Emploi pour la Commission Européenne. Il a été chef de l’unité «Analyse et Recherche sur l’Emploi » au BIT à Genève et est à présent « senior fellow » de l’Institut International des Etudes Sociales du BIT. Il a été professeur invité à l’Université de Cornell, à l’Université Paris I, à l’Université de Sydney et à la Curtin Université de Perth en Australie. Il a publié de nombreux livres et articles sur l’évolution du marché de travail et des institutions du marché de travail.
