Beware!
As errors made by the administrator should not bother normal users
EDA will not diagose administrator errors as long as they allow EDA
to run in default conditions.
As a general rule: if the administrator does install nothing at all, EDA
will work without problems, some features will however
not be available.
If the administrator does not correctly install a feature the user may
not be aware of a problem (i.e. no messages
regarding system administration
will bother him/her when working with EDA).
Therefore whenever installing something, check it carefully and remember
that other users may not have the same environment as you
have (especially file access).
