Build your own pages
All important Web starting points have pages explaing how you can
build your own Web pages.
Go over to TECFA, where Daniel Schneider put together a nice collection
of pointers to
HTML manuals, guides,
software.
I have added below additional pointers to other stuff I found or
wrote myself.

My own stuff
I have created myself two quick-and-dirty tools (for my personal
computing environment), namely
[Do not go further, if you do not know what MicroEmacs or Sprint
are, you would only get confused.]
- A collection of MicroEmacs macros for creating html files can be
found here.
- A Sprint "printer driver" + standard.fmt file producing a simple
html file. Nothing fancy and far from perfect, but still better than
doing it manually....[If you still want it, send me an email at the
