The Faculty and Geneva

The Faculty of Translation and Interpreting (FTI) is a leading actor in the international activities of Geneva. By way of our programmes, we supply competent specialists in translation, interpreting and multilingual communication who are linguistic and cultural mediators at the service of the city.

The Faculty offers a wide range of continuing education programmes for translators and interpreters wishing to develop their skills or extend their knowledge in specialised areas (both diploma and à la carte courses).

Access to the Faculty library, one of the best-stocked and equipped specialised libraries in Europe, is open to all.
