Title: Dimer models and discrete Dirac operator

Abstract: In these lectures I will recall basic facts about dimer models
on planar and their solution in terms of Pfaffians and some recent
results. This involves linear oprators which can be naturally considered
as discretizations of Dirac operators. Then I will review  their
properties and some results about discrete holmorphic functions.
