Délai de fin d'enregistrement des absences 2022

Cher et chère gestionnaire d'absence,

L’Université de Genève porte une attention particulière au suivi des soldes d'absences et de l'absentéisme, à la mise à jour ainsi qu'à la qualité de ces informations ; c’est pourquoi, nous sollicitons tous les 4 mois votre participation en la matière.

A ce titre, nous vous informons que les délais institutionnels de déclaration/validation/saisie des absences - situation au 31 décembre 2022 - sont fixés :

  • au vendredi 6 janvier 2023 à 17h00 pour les "VACANCES et HEURES SUPPLÉMENTAIRES / COMPLÉMENTAIRES".
    • Cette opération déclenchera le blocage de l'année 2022, la création de l’année de gestion 2023 ainsi que le transfert des soldes 2022 sur 2023.
  • au vendredi 20 janvier 2023 à 17h00 pour les AUTRES ABSENCES (ex. Congés spéciaux / Accident / Maladie / Maternité).

Dear absence manager, 

The University of Geneva pays particular attention to the monitoring of absence and absenteeism balances, as well as the update and quality of this information. This is why, every four months, we ask for your participation in this matter.

For this reason, we would like to inform you that the institutional deadlines for the declaration / validation / entry of absences – situation on the 31st of December 2022 – are set as follow :
  • Friday, 6 January 2023, at 5 pm – "HOLIDAYS and ADDITIONAL / COMPLEMENTARY HOURS".
    • This operation will trigger a lock on year 2022, the creation of the management year 2023, and the balances transfer from 2022 to 2023.
  • Friday, 20 January 2023, at 5 pm – OTHER ABSENCES (e.g. Special Leave/Accident/Illness/Maternity).
