Transfert of collections

In order to start the construction/transformation work of the library all documents should be transferred before June 21th. All collections will be gradually transferred after their proper identification and inventory. They will be transferred to two different sites: the Schmidheiny Library (BELS, Sciences II) and the Dépôt des Bibliothèques Universitaires (DBU at Seujet).

The first collection to be entirely transferred will be the books (monographies) collection. The actual date for this transfer to the BELS is Thursday April 4.

Do you have a book to return?

-        You can always return it at the library of Maraichers until June 21th 2019.

Do you want to borrow a book immediately (urgent)?

-        You will need to go to the BELS (Sciences II) from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00PM.

Do you want to borrow a book but it is not urgent?

-        You can send your request by e-mail to to biblio-arve(at)unige.ch

-        We will take care of the transfer to the library at Maraichers.

-        You can pick the material up at the library (ask the librarians) .
