Summer hours

From 3 to 31 July, the UNIGE Library will reduce its opening hours for the summer period:

• Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
• Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Annual closure

In order to allow for annual refurbishment and cleaning, the reading rooms of the different sites will close alternately:

• Uni Arve site (Sciences II - BELS): closed from 12 to 16 July
• Uni Bastions site
  • Espaces Central and Philosophes: closed from 19 June to 4 July
  • Espace Battelle: closed from 12 to 16 July
• Uni CMU site: closed from 3 to 11 July
• Uni Mail site: closed from 28 June to 4 July

Conditions of access as of June 26

As the period of high use of the spaces due to the preparation of exams is coming to an end, access to the workplaces in all the reading rooms of the UNIGE Library is open to all.

Health protection measures are defined as follows: wearing a mask when moving around, respecting distances and disinfecting the workplace before and after use with disinfection products provided. When seated at a workplace, and as long as the distance of 1.5 metres is respected, people are allowed to remove their mask.
