Living Together Campaign: Thank you for your participation!

This spring, many of you took part in our Living Together campaign. Thank you for your engagement and participation!

Launched across our sites in 2025, this campaign aims to promote respectful and inclusive behavior, reinforce our shared values, and help create a pleasant working environment for everyone.

Your Favourite Activities

To stay as close as possible to your expectations, we conducted a quick survey on Instagram. Here are the top results:

Puzzles and coloring activities: 44%
Free drink stands
: 25%
Staff presence and the emotions wall
: 15–16%

These results show that activities encouraging relaxation, interaction, and a sense of community are particularly appreciated.

Visible and Appreciated Initiatives

The campaign appears to have had a positive impact in several areas:

  • 60% of respondents noticed the actions implemented by the Library to improve working conditions;
  • 20% of respondents reported feeling more relaxed and comfortable in the study spaces.

These encouraging results motivate us to continue our efforts!

An Ongoing Challenge: Reserving Seats

While some behaviors are evolving positively, one issue continues to be raised regularly: the prolonged occupation of study spaces through unattended personal belongings. As one survey participant noted: “Many people continued to reserve seats with their belongings for hours.”

These results remind us that living together respectfully is a shared responsibility that we build day by day—and always with a positive spirit!

Thank you once again for your feedback. We have taken your comments into account and will continue working with you to make our spaces welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
