Mané Kocharyan, with a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva, has a specialized focus on Eastern European studies. Her expertise in human rights, particularly in advocating for children's rights, has been honed through internships at the UN Human Rights Council and the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child.

Currently, she is a research assistant at the Centre for Children's Rights Studies, University of Geneva, and a Project Officer at the Children's Rights European Academic Network. In these roles, she is actively involved in research and initiatives aimed at advancing children's rights, working in collaboration with academic institutions and civil society organizations dedicated to this field.
