Better understanding stress to better manage it

Dominique de Quervain, of the University of Basel, and Carmen Sandi, of EPFL, have launched the Agora “Stress” project

They received the Optimus Agora Prize. Through a web platform and the Stress Awareness Days, the Stressnetwork’s project aims at giving a better understanding oft he stress physiology and ways of controlling it.
