Wellness workshops

Several workshops are proposed to you each year to help you conduct your studies with serenity.

Need to relax and better manage stress in your personal and academic life? Practicing sophrology will help you to better prepare your exams, your oral presentations and to manage your daily life more comfortably.

  • Sophrology improves your memory, concentration and sleep.
  • It reduces anxiety.
  • Over a long period of time, sophrology helps to put disturbing events into perspective.
  • During these workshops, the student learns to recognize his or her abilities (cognitive, sensory, etc.) and acquires greater self-confidence.

The workshop is given in French and takes place over a cycle of 8 sessions, on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Price: 130 CHF for 8 sessions.

You want to learn how to integrate relaxation techniques into your daily life in order to be more efficient and productive in your studies? Mindfulness yoga is an approach that combines meditation with yoga. The practitioner learns to focus on the present moment and to be conscious of his/her body in space.

Mindfulness yoga helps to relativize negative thoughts, to decrease mental rumination and to find inner peace.

The workshop is given in French and English. It takes place in cycles of 10 sessions on Tuesdays (French), Wednesdays (English) and Fridays (French).

Price: 150 CHF for 10 sessions.

Special sophrology sessions for stress management and exam preparation

Online sophrology practice sessions every Thursday at 7:30 pm

  • Be at ease and confident during the preparation phase of the exams
  • Be calm and focused on the day of the exam.

What we will practice: resource break, breathing, body relaxation through biodynamic movement (soft and slow), deep relaxation, positive visualization. The practice is followed by a moment of discussion.

Benefits of the practice: refocusing, relaxation, confidence, concentration, memory, energy. Concrete tools to take with you.

Registration is free but mandatory on:

While doing physical activity ranging from individual exercise to collective play, the SporTheraPsy method aims to approach different psychological concepts in a playful way, in a framework that encourages sharing your experiences.

The goal of this workshop is to make you discover, through the sessions, tools and strategies that can be useful to you during your studies and more generally in your daily life.
