The Teaching and Learning Support Unit (Pôle SEA) is entirely dedicated to supporting teaching and learning. Its mission is to contribute to the quality of academic training and to develop conditions conducive to the supervision and success of students. The Unit organises workshops related to doctoral education.
The competition Ma thèse en 180 secondes allows doctoral students to present their research topic in simple terms to a diverse audience. Each doctoral student must make a clear, concise and yet convincing presentation of their research project in three minutes. In Switzerland, the competition is coordinated by the Conférence universitaire de Suisse occidentale (CUSO).
