17 October 2011: Soilidarité pour l'eau dans les pays du bassin du Niger, Bamako
Dr. Mbengue is invited by Fondation Chirac to participate in the Forum "Solidarité pour l'eau dans les pays du bassin du Niger" in Bamako. Dr. Mbengue gave legal expertise on the final recommendations adopted at the end of the Forum. The main recommendation was to ratify the UN Watercourses Convention of 1997.
