Komlan Sangbana gave a lecture on "Settlement of Disputes on Freshwater Resources" at the University of Lomé (Togo). The conference organized jointly by the Platform for International Water Law and the Law Faculty of the University of Lomé, gathered both students in Public Law and researchers of the Faculty.
