Laurence Boisson de Chazournes, Makane Mbengue and Mara Tignino are invited to teach a course on international environmental law organized by the United Nations Training and Research Institute (UNITAR) and the Diplomatic Institute of International Relations (IDRI) of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires of Algeria. The course includes a part on international water law.
