High-Level Meeting on “Water Scarcity: a Challenge to Sustainable Development in the Arab Region” within the 13th session of the Arab Ministerial Water Council

Mara Tignino intervenes in the session on the “Management of Scarce Water Resources during Protracted Armed Conflict” convened by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). This session is organized during the High-Level Meeting on “Water Scarcity: a Challenge to Sustainable Development in the Arab Region” within the 13th session of the Arab Ministerial Water Council. Her presentation focuses on international humanitarian law and transboundary water cooperation.

The meeting takes place on the 17th of November at the League of Arab States in Cairo.
