Unfortunately, due to budgetary constraints of the National Agency Movetia, we will no longer be able to fund incoming staff mobility for teaching (STA) or training (STT) from July 1, 2023 under the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP).

The following funding is provided for:
- an allowance of CHF 170 per day to cover accommodation and meal costs

- a minimum of 8 hours of instruction
- confirmation of the invitation from the service hosting the mobility
- announcement of the stay to the Academic Exchange Office at least one month before the departure date
Procedure to follow
Before the stay
- Announce the stay to the Academic Exchange Office and submit the completed Grant Agreement and Mobility Agreement forms, as well as confirmation of the invitation from the service hosting the mobility
During the stay
- obtain a signature on the Certificate of Attendance, attesting to the hours taught at the host institution
