Résumé

In this presentation I will introduce the work being conducted in my research group at the Finnish Institute for Educational Research of the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. I will also draw on studies of my colleagues at the Department of Education, and examine our work against the background of broader framework of international research on workplace learning. This presentation will cover various fields, including work-related learning in VET, higher education, and adult education in companies. The purpose of the presentation is to introduce our work and provide starting points for initiating a discussion and finding shared interests.
