3e Conférence Jean Piaget

Les 28 et 29 juin 2018, les Archives Jean Piaget organisent un événement scientifique intitulé Conférences Jean Piaget. Le but de ces conférences bisannuelles est de réunir les meilleurs spécialistes d'un domaine autour d'un sujet qui touche à la théorie de Jean Piaget et à la psychologie développementale.

Le thème choisi pour la prochaine Conférence Jean Piaget est : "Les origines du nombre". Nous réunirons quelques experts dans ce domaine pour une conférence de deux jours où chaque conférencier invité donnera un cours d'une heure. Les doctorants, post-doctorants et chercheurs avancés auront aussi l'opportunité de présenter leur travail, lors de présentations orales ou de posters.

Au cours de la soirée précédant l'ouverture de la Conférence, se tiendra une événement introductif pour un public élargi, au cours duquel Brian Butterworth donnera une conférence sur le thème général.

L'appel à contributions pour la 3e Conférence Jean Piaget sur "Les origines du nombre" est lancé. Nous encourageons les contributions qui abordent ce thème depuis différentes points de vue.

Les contributions sous forme de présentations orales et/ou de posters sont les bienvenues.

Délai pour le dépôt des contributions : 1er avril 2018

Bien que le thème de la Conférence porte sur la cognition numérique, la Conférence est également ouverte aux chercheurs et étudiants qui travaillent sur tous les aspects de la psychologie développementale, la psychologie cognitive et les neurosciences.

On June 28 and 29 2018, the Archives Jean Piaget at the University of Geneva will organize a scientific event entitled Jean Piaget Conferences. The aim of these biannual conferences is to bring together the best specialists of a domain around a topic that is particularly relevant to Jean Piaget's theory and developmental psychology.

The theme selected for the next Jean Piaget Conference is The origins of number. We bring together some of the leading experts in this domain in a two-day conference where each invited speakers is asked will give a one-hour lecture. Doctoral students, young postdoctoral fellows and senior researchers will also have the opportunity to present their work, either through oral presentations or posters.

The evening before the opening of the Conference, there will be an introductory event addressed to a more general audience, which includes a plenary lecture on the general theme of the conference, delivered by Brian Butterworth.

It is our pleasure to issue the call for submissions to the 3rd Jean Piaget Conferences, The origins of number. We encourage submissions that approach this theme from a variety of perspectives.

We welcome oral presentations submissions and poster submissions.

Submissions deadline : April 1st, 2018

Although the theme of the conference is about numerical cognition, the conference is open for researchers and students doing research on all aspects of developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, and neuroscience.
