I received BSc in Physics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana in 2006. Thereafter, I served as a Medical Physics trainee for a year and as a high school Physics tutor for 3 years. In 2013, I obtained MSc in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on electronic implants form the University of Bern. Subsequently, I worked as postgraduate researcher at Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim, Germany. I completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from KU Leuven in Belgium with a thesis focused on the neural basis for observed and executed actions in the human and non-human primate’s brain. Currently, I am postdoctoral fellow at the University of Geneva. My research focuses on better understanding the structure and functioning of working memory in humans, leveraging on machine learning and neuroimaging techniques.
