At the end of the course, participants are able to design simple projects going through every step of the project cycle. They relate to the Result-Based Management concept and use the logical framework as a tool.

Pedagogical method

Through a case study, participants will experiment the full project cycle. They will work in small groups and join plenary sessions to revise their progress. Using their current knowledge and additional inputs from the group and the trainer, they will test the various tools and see how an intervention unfolds from the assessment to the evaluation of the results.
