Objectives
Our participants will :
- Understand the regulations governing financial markets, the underlying policies and pinciples and how they shape the Swiss financial industry
- Gain comprehensive insights in the economic and legal foundations of financial regulation and the dynamics driving its ongoing evolution
- Master the legal mechanics of the regulatory system and the economic and political forces that shape it at a domestic and international level
- Think critically on new trends in the industry and how financial regulation responds or fails to respond to them
