The visual network analysis in the subtitling industry in China
Lu Yan is a Ph.D. Candidate in Translation Studies at the University of Geneva. Her Ph. D. research offers sociological insights on the subtitling industry in China, utilising questionnaires, interviews with practitioners, and digital trace data from social media. Her principal research interests are big data in social media, network analysis, and audiovisual translation, notably subtitling. | |
