Book the date! The “Engaged Anthropology" online roundtables organized by the Interface Commission of the Swiss Anthropological Association are taking place on March 19th.

Alongside his position of senior lecturer and researcher at the GEDT, our colleague Peter Larsen is also the President of the Interface Commission which aims increase the visibility of anthropology in the public sphere.

By bringing together anthropologists from various backgrounds and at different stages of their careers, the “Engaged Anthropology" rountables aim to locate engaged anthropology in and beyond Switzerland within the most recent debates and discussions in the field. It suggests exploring the practices of participation and co-creation in the international sphere (roundtable 1) and in the crisis that cultural actors are living in the midst of the pandemic (roundtable 2).
