Problem Witness - War and problems in people's communication

A lot of people are always arguing, they cannot find a "common language". We have a War in our country (Ukraine) because somebody don't understand simple rules. It's so barbaric, why should we accept such behavior of people? Everyone have to respect Human Rights, we are not allowed to take others' lives neither can we be rude with each other.
