Objectives

The 12 core modules of the 1st year are offered in 2 formats:

Bi-weekly (BW): all modules are held on site and are organized every 2 week-ends as follows: Friday 2.15pm - 9 pm & Saturday 8.15 am - 1 pm; some modules are organized on 3-consecutive full days (Thu, Fri, & Sat.). 100% participation is mandatory to validate the modules.

Block (BL): 5 blocks of one week each + 2 blended learning (online) modules; each week includes 2 modules; each module is organized on 3 consecutive full days. 100% participation is mandatory for the 5 block modules, specific instructions & rules apply for the blended learning modules.

2 formats are proposed: A) Bi-weekly (BW): 12 courses organized every two week-ends | Fridays 2:15 pm - 9 pm & Saturdays 8:15 am - 1 pm ; some modules are scheduled on 3 consecutive full days - Thursday, Friday & Saturday. | B) Block (BL): 5 blocks of 2 modules (8.30 am - 6 pm) + 2 blended learning courses per year.

Pedagogical methods

The students’ learning experience is enhanced by corporate work projects, in-class discussions, and presentations that build on their previous experience. The EMBA program encourages lively interaction between students and professors and stimulates the sharing of knowledge through group work.

Assessment

Each course is subject to an assessment that may include one or more of the following:
Individual in-class exam | take-home assignment | individual or group in-class presentation | individual or group Online quiz or assignment

Diploma awarded

Upon successful completion of both years and the EMBA In-Company Project, participants receive the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree.

Admission criteria

  • University Degree, or equivalent (i.e. Bac+3,... ) *
  • Pertinent work experience - 3 years minimum in a managerial position (excludes training sessions, )

Required skills

  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Computer office tools (spreadsheet, word processor, presentation tools)
  • Basic Accounting understanding (balance sheets/income statement, P&N, EBITDA) or ability to assimilate numbers and concepts
